after unloading and cleaning the car, remove the slewing motor from the slewing cycloid pinwheel reducer, and form a no-load circuit with the plunger pump. Then the engine idles, and it is observed that the shaft end of the motor output shaft does not respond. When the accelerator is gradually increased, the motor starts to rotate, wear gloves with weak output signals of the sensor, and firmly hold the shaft end of the output shaft, The speed drop can be clearly felt. It seems that the output torque of the motor failed to meet the specified requirements after the end of the copper molybdenum mine strike in Peru. based on the principle of "easy before difficult", it is preferred to check the hydraulic oil and cooling fan, which are normal; Then remove the oil inlet hose of the hydraulic pump for inspection, and it is found that the hose is of good quality, and there is no suction shrinkage during oil inlet; Finally, disassemble and inspect the plunger pump. The vehicle uses Eaton hydraulic pump. After disassembly and cleaning, it is found that the valve plate and lining plate have been seriously ablated, and the joint surface of the two is very large. It seems that the poor oil inlet causes the dry friction between the valve plate and lining plate, resulting in their ablation and excessive clearance, so the oil pressure cannot be established at idle speed. It can be seen that the problem is still on the oil inlet road. Since the problem of oil inlet rubber tube has been eliminated, so "follow the steps" to find the radiator of hydraulic oil. After disassembly and inspection, it is found that there is an oil return filter at the upper end of the radiator. The return oil of the rotary motor is filtered from here, flows through the heat dissipation core tube to the lower oil chamber, and then enters the plunger pump through the rubber tube

remove the filter element of the oil return filter and find that the filter element has been seriously blocked. Replace the filter element, clean the radiator of the gas project and the supply agreement, and replace the valve plate and lining plate of the plunger pump. Everything has returned to normal during reassembly and commissioning
